Refund and Cancellation Policy
It's raining. I'm running late. Were not coming.
There are a million reasons why you are unable to keep your reservation with one of our shuttles.
Keep in mind that once you've made a committment, we start incuring expenses as we plan for your arrival. Therefore, we only grant refunds if you are on a watertrail:
1) If there is a tornado or severe thunderstorm WATCH, we will reschedule at your convience if you choose not to float
2) If there is a Tornado Warning or Severe Thunderstorm Warning we will refund your fees only if you chose not float
Refunds are not offered for conflicts in your schedule, no shows, late shows, if it rains, if it looks like its going to rain, too hot, too cold....you get the idea.
